Our partial planning is a great option for the couple who has done most of the planning and designing of their day but still needs that last vendor to round out their team or needs a bit more guidance. As your partial planner, we start at 6 months from the date of your wedding, do all the research, vendor vetting and contract negotiation to ensure we find you a vendor who not only fits your budget, but most importantly will understand your wedding. We roll our coordination services right into partial planning so that it’s a seamless transition from planning to coordination.

Our coordination services are perfect for the couple who has fully planned their wedding but want the assurance that all the hard work that has gone into planning their special day is executed perfectly so they can b a guest at their own wedding. We start the process 60-90 days before your wedding, provide a walk through, procure the COI’s for the venues, create & distribute your floor plans and timeline and communicate with your vendors. On wedding day, we ensure everything we’ve discussed is coordinated to perfection. We’re your event managers, time keepers and trouble shooters. We handle all of the behind the scenes and every detail there is so you can enjoy your day.
