We’re now in our 10th year, and are continuing to be honored to be a part of your day in any capacity, whether as full or partial planners or coordinators. We truly believe that you should be a guest at your own wedding and leave the behind the scenes logistics to us.

Hi, I’m Raquel—a native New Yorker with a decade in the wedding & event industry and hundreds of weddings under my belt. With a psychology degree and a background in project management and logistics, I bring expertise, organization, and heart to every wedding I plan.

I’ve coordinated weddings across NYC, LI, NJ and the Hudson Valley in every type of venue—from raw spaces and rooftops to iconic landmarks, farms to luxury hotels, and private residences. My strong vendor relationships, deep industry knowledge, and passion for all things wedding-related ensure a seamless, stress-free experience for my couples.

Alongside my incredible JSY team—who share my hospitality background and love for weddings—I handle all the behind-the-scenes details so you can relax and *Just Say Yes!*

When I’m not planning weddings, I’m enjoying my beloved city with my partner, Ola, my stepdaughter, Eden, and our cat, Xixa. I love running 5Ks, vibing to ‘90s hip-hop & neo-soul (Sade & Maxwell are my faves), collecting micro shells, spending time with my niece and nephews (the curly hair crew), and traveling to tropical climates. Oh, and bargain shopping with my best friend—my mami! Grateful to God every day I get to do what I love.

I’m a natural light photographer, based in Atlanta, GA, focusing on portraits and small events. I’m all about making you feel comfortable, empowered and glowing while capturing a genuine version of you in a light and airy style.
As a self-sufficient Virgo, I began dabbling in editing after shoots when I felt a photo had more potential. And after diving into the world of Photoshop, I found myself editing for my artistic community in NYC. Having to market myself and others gave me the experience and tools to expand my work into graphic and web design. I enjoy designing logos, graphics, and websites that represent your brand’s authenticity and propel your business to the next level.

Hi, I’m Kiara; a born and raised Brooklyn girl with a passion for Weddings.
With over seven years of experience in the wedding industry, I specialize in wedding coordination, event management and floral design, bringing each couple's vision to life with care and intention. I believe your wedding day should be about celebrating your love. My goal is to take the stress off your shoulders so you can be fully present, enjoying every moment surrounded by the people who matter most. From the smallest details to the biggest moments, I'm dedicated to creating a seamless, beautiful experience that allows you to feel like guests at your own wedding. I approach every wedding with a smile, a positive attitude, and the kind of energy that helps keep the day running smoothly, making sure everyone feels supported, celebrated, and at ease.

Events have always been at the heart of my professional journey.
I love curating experiences that inspire connection, whether it's an intimate dinner, a high-energy brand activation, a large-scale trade show or the most important day- our wedding. I thrive on the details that bring your vision to life.
Outside of work, I find joy in long runs, spontaneous weekend getaways with friends and loved ones, and most recently, I proudly completed the 2024 TCS NYC Marathon!

ASSISTANT COORDINATOR
Hello! My name is Zaneta Mayers and I’m a native New Yorker and LOVE events!
I’m currently the event coordinator at Red Wood Hospitality Group.
I’ve been in the events/hospitality industry for 8 years in New York City. I enjoy planning events and curating unforgettable experiences for my clients. I hope to continue to grow and learn with Just Say Yes!
MINDY

ASSISTANT COORDINATOR
Mindy is a Certified Nurse Assistant during the week and on weekends tends to bride & grooms instead of patients.
Mindy has a passion for all things DIY and uses her Cricut machine to create JSY merch and is the perfect creative outlet.
When she’s not a nurse or working on crafts, she’s helping out on weekends with our couples. Her bubbly personality and attention to detail are exactly what make her a vital JSY team member.
IZAIAH

ASSISTANT COORDINATOR
Izaiah is in his first year in college, and is studying liberal arts & sciences.
Izaiah has a passion for developing his soccer skills and scrimmaging with friends and is into health and fitness..
When he’s not in school, on the field or at the gym, Izaiah is with the JSY team on weekends assisting with putting DIY projects together like building a chuppah, moving furniture and overall the muscle for the day.
RACHELLE

COORDINATOR
Rachelle was our very first JSY team member and has a background in hospitality and events. Her bubbly personality and get it done attitude wins over our clients hearts!
She lives in Florida with her family and will be heading our South Florida Just Say Yes offices there.
Once in a while when we need reinforcements on our larger events, Rachelle makes a special appearance to NYC to lend a helping hand.
Fun Fact: Rachelle & Raquel have been bff’s for 27 years and counting!
EDDIE

Eddie is a Native New Yorker who lived in New Hampshire and worked with the NHPD for 15 years. He has recently moved back to NYC.
Eddie is our man with a van and helps us get our client’s items from their homes to the venue in one seamless ride! Your items are secured with Eddie and his team helping out.
