Our partial planning service is perfect for couples who have designed and planned most of their wedding but need assistance securing the final vendors, assistance with design or rentals or additional guidance in the final stages. As your partial planner, we step in six months before your wedding to handle research, vendor vetting, and contract negotiation—ensuring you find a vendor who not only fits your budget but also aligns with your vision. To create a seamless experience, our coordination services are integrated into partial planning, allowing for a smooth transition from the planning phase to flawless execution on your big day.

Our coordination services are ideal for couples who have meticulously planned their wedding and want the confidence that every detail will be flawlessly executed. Our goal is to ensure that you can fully immerse yourself in your special day as a guest, without worrying about logistics. We begin working with you 60–90 days before your wedding, conducting a comprehensive walkthrough, securing Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for your venues, and developing detailed floor plans and timelines. We also take charge of vendor communication to ensure seamless coordination. On your wedding day, we serve as your event managers, timekeepers, and problem solvers, handling every behind-the-scenes detail so you can relax and enjoy every moment.
