We were back at Prospect Park for Erin & Eric’s beautiful summer nuptials in the park.

Purslane’s catering team and their superstar, Dollie, ensured everything was perfect for our couple, from following the floor plans we created to the meals that went out on time.

Being that we’re a preferred vendor, we know this space very well and worked seamlessly with the in-house team, leading up to their event, the park team on the day of and the amazing catering team to ensure everything was perfect for their day. From the tight set up window we had to make sure their pup of honor, Tommy, arrived on time with his handler and his tux was ready to go!
