Keeping with our spring trend of rooftop weddings, we traveled to Sunset Park for Miranda and Rob’s rooftop farm wedding at Brooklyn Grange. This unique wedding venue could only be described as charming and idyllic. With a stunning view of the Statue of Liberty and downtown manhattan, it’s not so much the view that takes your breath away, but the fact that you’re on a fully functional farm on a rooftop in Brooklyn!

With our 60 day coordination package (with add-ons), we added team members to their day to help set up all the florals by Grace & Grit. Although we detail in our contract that we don’t substitute a vendor, we customized their coordination package to include additional team members dedicated to the set up of the pre-assembled florals.

Kiara, one of JSY team members, who had previously worked with a floral studio, lent her floral experience to setting up all florals including their rented arch by Big Dawgs.

Megan & Kenneth, another fave of ours captured their day perfectly. If you want a photographer who cares about your day, sets up a timeline and shot list like no other, then they are your guys!

We reunited with Comparti, who we hadn’t worked with since pre-pandemic times. Their food and service was top notch as always. Custom cocktails by Brooklyn Grange showcased the homegrown feel of the venue.

As guests walked into the venue, you could see the look of surprise on their face to find they were suddenly transported to an upstate farm! We can’t wait for another event at Brooklyn Grange soon. We’re currently scouting it for a 2024 wedding.
