We couldn’t think of a better way to kick off our 2nd brand photo shoot than with an all women-led team on Women’s International Day. The goal was to showcase JSY’s accomplishments from the past year including The Knot’s Best Of Weddings award.

I hand picked each woman vendor that I knew would understand the vision. The venue, Maison May in Red Hook owned by Alexandra Dettori of Alexandra Dettori Catering & Events, was the perfect backdrop of sophisticated and cool.

Their open space and lighting in the main dining room was our photographer’s, Adelaide’s dream!

The colorful courtyard gave us inspiration to rock our favorite color: pink!

Dirtco owned by Moni Yuen, crafted a gorgeous arrangement for us which incorporated our brand colors of muted gold, beige and white.

Glam was done again by our very good vendor friend and celebrity makeup artist, Marci Saucedo of MSH Bridal.

Our former bride turned content creator, Valentina Reyes Trujillo captured all of the behind the scenes while Adelaide, owner of Adelaide Chantilly and well known in NYC captured all of the shots and put me at ease. Thank you as well to Andrea Ramos, officiant and owner of Arc Weddings, who lended her assistance throughout the day.

A fun fact- my business is named after my soon to be last name which is pronounced jus-say. Being a New York native woman owned business Just Say Yes was born out of a true passion for weddings.
