Our rainy spring wedding season started off back at Dobbin St. Stacey & Derek had initially booked our services for partial planning, but when they had to move their date up from June to April, they asked us to come on board as their full planner. We gladly accepted the challenge! Derek, being a foodie, and the owner of several of NYC’s beloved food trucks like Takumi Taco and Eddie’s Pizza to name a few, had the menu on lock!

To ensure their rooftop wedding was dry and their guests had cover, we secured the services of A1 Party Rentals who were amazing to work with.

We had an all star team we assembled and quickly got them organized. We booked one of our favorite duos: DJ Zeke & Master of Ceremonies for their reception entertainment. We also welcomed Garrett & Tamara as their ceremony and cocktail hour musicians.

Parking was not an issue with our vendors at Parking Systems. The rest of our all star team consisted of some other favorites like the always glam Willow House Beauty for hair & makeup. And our friends at Rosehip Florals worked diligently to transform the concrete jungle into a real jungle- their ceiling installations amid Universal Lightings disco balls were everything!

This wedding was truly a food lover’s dream. You could see all local food by Red Hook Lobster, Bond Street, Brooklyn Oyster Party, Uncle Gussy’s and Gorilla Cheese to name a few. The night ended with a sweet treat by Dougnuttery who made fresh donuts on site!
